The Department of Health Science offers undergraduate degrees in public health, giving students the ability to solve complex problems while serving diverse populations. The undergraduate public health degree provides 4 emphases (areas of study) in environmental/occupational health, epidemiology, health promotion and health science.

A graduate degree, the master of public health (MPH), prepares students for leadership in one or more of the professional fields of public health.

You can view the department MAP sheets to learn more about the required coursework for a public health degree.
